Processing Community Day 2019. An interactive event to celebrate art, code and diversity.

 

The event held in the Old Post Office Building, in Sheffield. The history of the building inspired the design of the visual assets and the overall layout of the event.

Processing Community Day featured workshops and an interactive exhibition that takes the user on a journey. Re-creating the traditional way that you would collect and send mail, as you would in the past. But with a modern twist!

At the first three stages of the interactive exhibition, the users generated their code. The code (B/AB/BB, for example, in the video below) is then entered at the final stage, producing the user their unique shape.
